Submission & Presenter Guidelines
Abstract Submission Guidelines
- Registration is mandatory for all presenters.
- Abstracts must be relevant to oncology and/or integrative cancer care.
- Abstracts must be written in English.
- Word limit: Maximum 500 words.
- Font: Times New Roman, Size 12.
- One table may be included if necessary.
- A delegate may submit a maximum of 3 abstracts.
- Incomplete or improperly structured abstracts will not be accepted.
- Selected abstracts will be considered for oral presentations.
- Best abstracts may be featured in the SLBC Year Book 2026.

Presenter Guidelines
- All presenters must complete conference registration.
- Presentation format and timing details will be shared upon acceptance.
- Authors are encouraged to disclose whether submissions are research-based, experiential, or exploratory.
- Abstracts promoting unsupported medical claims without appropriate context or evidence may not be accepted.
- Authors will be notified regarding the acceptance of their abstract by 30th July 2026.
- Certificates will be provided to all accepted presenters.
Important Notes
·Registration includes access to scientific sessions, meals, and delegate kit.
·Spot registration may be available after the deadline.
·Cancellation before 2 weeks of conference: 50% refund (excluding GST).
Registration Fees
Registration fees are applicable upon acceptance of the abstract. Presenter pass details will be shared along with the acceptance notification.
